Why we built Black Sheep.
Vì sao có Black Sheep.
Black Sheep started with a stubborn idea: that a small city in the Mekong Delta deserves the same care over a cup of coffee that you would find in Saigon or Da Nang. We opened on a quiet corner of Đặng Văn Bình because Cao Lãnh is our home, and we wanted somewhere our friends could actually hang out — not just buy a drink and leave.
Coffee is the spine. We pull single-origin Vietnamese Arabica from the central highlands, one cup at a time, with partners we trust. The kitchen is small on purpose — a tight menu cooked to order from the morning market, paired with imports done right. No deep-fryer shortcuts, no powdered drinks.
And the room itself is the third thing. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable seats, and zero pressure to leave. Bring a laptop, bring a friend, bring an appetite. We are open every day from 7 in the morning until 10 at night, and we are glad you are here.
