1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Black Sheep Vietnam's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Rules

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the services in a lawful manner
• Respect other customers and our staff
• Not engage in any harmful or disruptive behavior

3. Reservations and Orders

Reservations and orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion.

Payment is required at checkout or at the time of service, as applicable. We accept cash, VietQR/PayOS QR payment, and bank transfer.

4. Refunds

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer a substitution or refund. Refunds for eligible paid VietQR or bank-transfer orders are processed back to the original bank account within seven business days. Subjective dissatisfaction, such as taste preference, is not automatically eligible for refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials on our website and in our establishments are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Black Sheep Vietnam.

6. Limitation of Liability

Black Sheep Vietnam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
